Hiller Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Company was founded in 1990 by its current President and owner Jimmy Hiller. During its first decade of operation the company was focused exclusively on residential plumbing. It was during these years that Jimmy Hiller instilled a strong sense of customer service and professionalism into the company. In 2001, plumbing industry veteran, David Welch joined the management team and under his leadership the company began to serve customers in the Commercial Plumbing market. In 2004 Jimmy hired HVAC veteran Jim Martin and began serving customers in the Residential Heating and Cooling market and the Commercial HVAC market. 
In 2004 Hiller Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Company was recognized by Business Tennessee magazine as one Tennessee's 50 most promising companies. In addition in 2004 and 2005 the company was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the top 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States.
